Responsible for administration of business services, credentialing, data informatics and corporate compliance functions in a primary care setting. Develops and maintains medical & dental billing and collection processes. Must have understanding of Medicaid managed care systems as well as processes of other insurance companies. Must be able to prepare/produce complex data reports and ensure compliance with State and Federal legal requirements. Supervises a team of 20 and answers to the CEO. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent field of study. Master’s degree preferred. Must have 3 to 5 years of continuous and recent business services management in a healthcare setting with at least 130 plus employees. Continuous and recent supervision of a medical billing staff.
